I would first start with the customer support and guidance you have provided from the onset of our relationship. This has been fantastic and very much appreciated. I know if I have a question, I can reach out to you, Maura or someone from your team to get an answer in a timely manner.Also, CSS is aware of Horizon Bank’s title insurance requirements and the endorsements required eliminating the need for me to continually share this information with multiple title companies whenever I need to order a title commitment/policy.
The CSS secure portal has been a great tool for ordering and sharing information. I can include my loan processor on a particular file so that he/she has access to the portal and all information regarding a particular deal. Wire instructions are shared through this portal eliminating the sharing of this information via email. The mortgages and assignment of leases and rents are recorded electronically and are most often back within a day or a couple of days at most. Final policies are also available very quickly. When final policies are issued, I am notified and I can grab the final policy information from the portal and provide to my loan documentation team so that they are not reaching out to me months later for this information.
