CSS Property Reports

CSS Property Reports are a current owner real estate report exclusively compiled from public records that includes the current owner vesting information, legal description of the property, and all open mortgages, judgments, liens and encumbrances.  Our lender customers use this product to evaluate the status of title when underwriting home equity loans, and for evaluating the status of loan portfolios.

All activity on pending Property Report orders may be tracked through credit notes on our website.  All activity notes are date and time stamped.  Copies of vesting deeds may be provided.

CSS customers have a choice of three levels of errors & omissions Property Report coverage.  Our obligation is to deliver a Property Report that is accurate and correctly recorded.  Accuracy is based on current public data regarding the current owner of the property, the legal description of the property, open mortgages, judgments, liens and encumbrances recorded against the property.

Transparency in performance is a key factor in how we do business at CSS.  Our average turn-time on Property Reports will be less than two days.  We will report to you at month-end our actual performance on your account.
