Ashley has worked at CSS since 2015. As of February 2024, she has taken on the role of Chief Executive Officer, overseeing all aspects of the company’s strategy and operations.

Ashley joined CSS as its Chief Operating Officer in 2015. In this role, she oversaw all valuation, title and closing operations, as well as the Marketing, HR, IT and Accounting teams. She also worked closely with the CEO to define and execute on strategic priorities for CSS. Prior to her promotion to CEO in 2024, Ashley worked for over 8 years as COO, managing daily operations and company growth.

Prior to CSS, she worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company and The Bridgespan Group. In these roles, she provided strategic and operational guidance to large companies in a variety of industries including healthcare, hospitality, and insurance, as well as to nonprofit organizations.

Ashley received her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University. She lives in Austin, TX and enjoys playing tennis, going for long walks with her yellow lab, and reading in her free time.
