CSS provides title, valuation and closing solutions for commercial and residential real estate transactions.

CSS exists to provide real estate settlement solutions that combine the personal touch and responsiveness of small local providers with the geographic scale and technological superiority of large national providers. Our mission is to foster long-term partnerships that enable customer growth.

Our operations team has extensive industry experience and prides themselves on proactive and responsive support for our customers. We also provide transparent results through customizable monthly reporting and operations calls. Due to these efforts, we have enjoyed a customer retention rate of over 90% during the last 5 years.

CSS was founded in 1992 in Traverse City, MI, where we are still headquartered. Our production office is located in Cleveland, OH and our administrative office is located in Austin, TX. We primarily focus on serving customers who operate in the states east of the Mississippi.
